CampoReal is a luxury 5 star resort located 30 minutes to the north of Lisbon and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Silver Coast.  The tranquil rural surroundings were formerly used by the Portuguese royal family for hunting, now the area has numerous vineyards many of which are visible from the hotel and golf course.

The CampoReal course was designed by the highly respected architect Dona Steel. A par 72 of just over 6000m, it meanders through the picturesque wooded valley providing a challenging and interesting test of golf.

The hotel has 151 rooms and suites, an excellent spa and gym, three restaurants and two bars, plus a wine cellar where on Saturday evenings guests can participate in a ‘Wine Workshop’ and learn about some of Portugal’s finest wines. Indeed the hotel also provides a ‘Chef’s Workshop’ and from 4-6pm Friday to Saturday a ‘Jing Tea Ritual’ in the Library Bar.

CampoReal is a stylish resort with plenty of facilities and a very enjoyable golf course. The resort’s location makes it an excellent base to play the Praia d’el Rey, Bom Succeso and Golden Eagle courses which lie thirty minutes to the north, or the Penha Longa and Oitavos courses which are the same distance to the south.

Location

CampoReal is situated 44 km to the north west of Lisbon airport, a driving time of approximately 35 minutes (outside of the rush hour).

The closest major towns and golf courses are:

Estoril = 40 km

Oitavos Golf Club = 42 km
Cascais = 42 km
Penha Long Golf Club = 34 km
Praia d'el Rey Golf Club = 54 km

Golden Eagle Golf Club = 68 km
